City Cement Co of Saudi Arabia has announced the reappointment of the Chairman of the Board of Directors (BoD) and his deputy for the current session.
In a recent notification to the local stock exchange, the company informed that the BoD issued its decision by passing on 22 January 2025 to reappoint Badr bin Omar Al Abdullatif (non-executive) as chairman of the BoD and concurrently relieve him from his position as MD. In addition, Saleh bin Ibrahim Al Shabnan (non-executive) was elected as vice chairman of the BoD.
