Ambuja Cements has appointed Vinod Bahety as new CEO as of 1 April 2025 for a term of three years. He has also been given the role of additional director and wholesome director.

Mr Bahety has been employed as the chief financial officer of Abuja Cements and ACC Ltd since September 2022. This role will now be taken up by Rakesh Toward. 

In addition, Ajay Kapur has been reappointed as managing director for a term of two year as of 1 April.
