The ship has been ordered by JT Cement, a joint venture between Erik Thun AB of Sweden and KG Jebsen Cement of Norway. The mills will supply the new 8500tpd kiln line at the plant situated in Chittorgarh district, India. The MPS 5600 B, with a capacity of 605tph of raw meal and a fineness of 1.5 per cent residue on the 212µm sieve, will be equipped with a 5600kW drive. Wartsila to supply Umm Al-Qura Cement Co power plant, Saudi Arabia19 June 2014, Published under Cement NewsWartsila has received an order to supply a turnkey power plant from Saudi-based Umm Al-Qura Cement Co. The contract for the 47MW facility will be located in the mountain desert close to Taif city. The equipment will be delivered by February 2015 on a fast-track basis and will enter commercial operation by October 2015.
