Spain’s cement market has expanded by 5.2 per cent YoY to 10,573,572t between January-November 2015, according to Oficemen, the country's cement association. South Africa has imposed final anti-dumping duties on Portland cement originating in or imported from Pakistan, ranging between 14.29 and 77.15 per cent, effective 18 December 2015.
