FLSmidth reports 6% rise in cement revenue in 1Q23

In the 1Q23 FLSmidth’s cement revenue increased by six per cent excluding currency effects, and by nine per cent excluding Russia, when compared to the 1Q22. FLSmidth has celebrated the installation of its   FUELFLEX ® Pyrolyzer at Mannok Cement , Ireland. FLSmidth announced a positive 3.3 per cent EBITA margin improvement for its cement division in 2022,   compared to -0.3 per cent in 2021. FLSmidth announced that its full-year 2022 preliminary and unaudited results are in line with guidance, the cement sector recording DKK1.6bn (US$232.7m) in revenues in the 4Q22 and DKK6.3bn (US$916.2m) in 2022.
