Romania 1H cement output up03 October 2007, Published under Cement NewsRomania’s cement output exceeded 4Mt in the first half of the year, up 30% on year, boosted by favourable weather and unfolding contracts, the Ownership of Cement Producers, or CIROM, said Tuesday.
