Sri Lankan cement producer Tokyo Cement has officially opened its second biomass power plant at Trincomalee in the presence of country president Maithripala Sirisena, Daily News (Sri Lanka) reported. Aker Solutions has won a contract for concept studies at Norcem's cement production facility in Brevik, and Yara International's ammonia plant on Herøya, Norway.
