The company expects the start production tests at the end of the month. President Evo Morales is due to visit the plant’s facilities on Friday 8 February. In addition, with an XOF73bn (US$127.5m) investment into new cement plants and upgrading old facility as well as growing demand due to major public works projects, cement producers have lifted their capacity to 7.2Mta in 2017.
