Tajikistan recorded a 24 per cent YoY rise in cement production to over 3.5Mt in Jan-Nov 2018, with about 40 per cent of this volume exported to neighbouring countries, according to media reports. 

Uzbekistan received most of the country's exports at a total of 738,000t since the beginning of the year. Meanwhile, cement exports to Afghanistan reached 481,000t and 85,000t were exported to Kyrgyzstan. 

Production in Tajikistan amounted to 315,400t in November of this year.
