Bangladesh approves Aramit’s rights offer12 December 2013, Published under Cement NewsBangladesh's securities regulator Tuesday approved the rights offer of Aramit Cement to boost the company's capital base, according to local press reports. The cement manufacturer will offer one rights share against one existing shae, at an offer price of BDT15 each, including BDT5 as premium.
