Cemex is supplying concrete for the rebuilding of the NASA Causeway Bridge, which will enhance accessibility along this corridor for transporting rockets to the Kennedy Space Center. Cemex is building a biochar facility at its  Rüdersdorf cement plant in Germany. The multinational cement producer has signed a joint venture agreement with recycling service provider ALBA to produce biochar, a carbon-neutral fuel derived from biomass. Cemex Holdings Philippines (CHP) disclosed that APO Cement and Solid Cement have repurchased the cement brands from their Switzerland-based sister firm, Cemex  Innovation Holding (CIH).
