China to remove caps on coal prices

The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) said yesterday it would remove the pricing caps on coal from next year and adopt a market-oriented pricing mechanism. Vietnam cement sales will reach 4Mn December, up 10%-12% on-year, bringing the total figure to 40-41Mt in 2008, according to the Ministry of Construction.
