DIC, Hung Vuong companies to build US$50m cement factory in north

The listed DIC Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company and Hung Vuong Development Ltd. Eurocement to invest in Voronezh Region

Eurocement Group, the largest cement producer in Russia, intends to build a new plant on the site of the Podgorenskiy Cementnik factory (Voronezh Region, central Russia), with an annual capacity of 2.4Mt of cement.   Construction is to be launched in early 2008 and completed in 2010. Construction Begins on Gezhouba’s 4,800t/d Cement Clinker Production Line

On September 9th, construction began on the 4800tpd cement clinker production line jointly funded by  Gezhouba Co, Ltd and Hubei Jinggong Cement Co, Ltd in Jingmen City. The project will adopt dry cement production technology. Upon completion of the project, it will have an annual production capacity of 2Mt of cement.
