Vietnam Cement Industry Corporation (Vicem) sold 13.701Mt of cement and clinker in the first 10 months of 2009, rising 9.3% from a year earlier and fulfilling 75.6% of its full-year target. The figure accounted for 36.95% of the country’s cement consumption during period, the corporation said on its website.
