Holcim invests in Rouen plant, France19 October 2007, Published under Cement NewsHolcim is to invest 48m euros in constructing a grinding plant at the French port of Rouen. The plant is to have a capacity of 580,000 tonnes per year for slag and clinker produced at the group’s French and Belgian cement works.
