Iranian producer Isfahan Cement increased its annual production by three per cent. The plant also set an annual clinker production record of 1Mt in the said period, showing one percent growth in comparison with that of the Iranian year 1384 (March 2005-March 2006). Isfahan Cement Plant, which was built in 1956, operates at a daily cement production rate of 3200t.

According to news released by the Huishui County Government of Guizhou City, the new rotating kiln-use dry-processed cement production line formally opened in Changtian Industrial Park in Huishui County. With a total investment of almost RMB300M and an annual output of 1mt, it is the largest cement production project in the province. Construction of the project’s main body is set to be completed by the end of 2007.
