According to the Ministry of Construction, Vietnam's cement sales reached 55.25Mt for the period January-September 2016. No YoY comparative figures were given. A Dangote cement plant in the Ada Berga, Oromia region, was set alight by angry protesters on Tuesday. The United Filipino Consumers and Commuters (UFCC) is urging government officials to stop smuggling at Iloilo pots and across the rest of the region.
