Inekon Group to build a cement plant, Vietnam

Inekon Group (IG) (Prague, Czech Republic) will build a cement plant in Vietnam. The cement plant will be built in Phu Son, southern Vietnam, during 2011-2012. The plant will have 300 employees and will produce 3300tpd of clinker. Dutch international engineering firm Arcadis announced that its Brazilian subsidiary Arcadis Logos has signed a US$37m contract with Brazil’s largest cement company Votorantim Cimentos. The contract will have a duration of 26 months and is part of a large expansion program by Votorantim in the country.

FLSmidth has received a contract worth approximately EUR30m from Russian Open Joint Stock Company Sebryakov Cement for the supply of equipment for their new cement production line. Siemens equips third cement plant in Turkmenistan

The Turkish company Polimeks Insaat Taahhüt ve San. Tic. A.S. has assigned Siemens Turkey to provide the electrical and automation equipment for a new cement line in Koytendag, Turkmenistan. The order is handled as a turn-key project by Siemens, utilizing its local resources for engineering, manufacturing, and supervision and commissioning services. After completion of the project, this plant will be the third complete cement production line of Turkmenistan.
