Société Saoura Ciment has contracted Gebr Pfeiffer to supply a vertical roller mill for its new greenfield plant in Bechar, Algeria. The cement producers has ordered n MVR 5000 R-4 for cement raw material grinding. KHD has been awarded the contract to upgrade Nuh Cimento’s existing ball mill grinding unit in Hereke-Kocaeli located in Marmara region of Turkey. Société Saoura Ciment selects Gebr Pfeiffer mill

Société Saoura Ciment has opted for a MVR 5000 R-4 raw grinding mill for its second production line in Zahana, Algeria. The mill will have a capacity of 425tph and grind raw material to a fineness of 12 per cent residue 90µm. The total drive power will be 3500kW. The feed material has a surface moisture of almost 13 per cent and is dried easily while being ground in the mill. The order was placed by the Chinese contractor CBMI.

DAL Teknik Makina orders second Pfeiffer mill for Uzbekistan

DAL Teknik Makina, headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey, has ordered a Gebr Pfeiffer MVR mill for a new project in the province of Surxondaryo in Uzbekistan. The mill to be supplied is an MVR 5000 R-4 with a drive power of 3700kW, producing 400tph of cement raw meal. The material with a feed moisture of as much as seven per cent will be ground to a fineness of 12 per cent residue 0.090mm. The MVR mill will be ready for dispatch before the end of this year, Gebr Pfeiffer said in a statement.
