Action could be initiated against cement factories that fail to comply with the new price structure finalised by the Cement Manufacturers Association, a senior official has warned. TPI Polene (TPIPL) announced a high 4Q09 net profit of Bt2,866mn (EPS Bt1.44), up 443% QoQ and from the previous year’s loss of -Bt92m.
