Pakistan cement manufacturers in the first quarter of this fiscal year, July - September 2017 dispatched 10.348Mt of cement – a new record. Vietnamese market grows 6% YoY in 9M17

Vietnamese cement producers sold an estimated 59.27Mt of cement in the first nine months of this year, according to the country’s Ministry of Construction. This represents a six per cent YoY rise and 74 per cent of its 2017 target. Around 45.28Mt of cement were sold in the domestic market, which expanded by four per cent YoY. Some 13.99Mt were exported. In September, domestic sales remained stable YoY at 5.2Mt with exports reported to reach 1.45Mt.

Moroccan cement consumption decreased by 10.3 per cent YoY to 1,227,932t in August 2017 from 1,368,884t in the year-ago period, according to the country’s Ministry of Housing and Urbanisation.
