Cement producers in Pakistan’s Southern region have raised prices by PKR15/50kg bag. A cement dealer said the ex-factory price of Falcon and Lucky Cement had been raised to PKR380 and PKR375 per bag. The ex-factory price of other cement varieties is now quoted at PKR365. Cement prices in the south of India have risen by INR25/bag due to the ongoing unrest in Andhra Pradesh due to demands for a separate State of Telangana.
