Tay Ninh Fico Cement Joint Stock Co has introduced a new cement product in Ho Chi Minh City under the brand name of Fico, the company announced. The new product is produced by the Fico cement plant in Hiep Phuoc Industrial Zone which has a capacity of 500,000 tonnes per year. South African cement producer PPC said on Thursday it plans to import "several million bags" of cement to meet local demand until its own additional capacity comes on-stream.     PPC did not specify the exact level of imports in quantity or cost.
