Croatian construction materials producer Nexe Group, which consists of 18 companies, expects to post between 120 mln Croatian kuna (Euro15.1m) and 130 mln kuna (Euro16.3m) gross profit for 2003, the group said on February 2, 2004. Cementos Lima has reported a net profit of 81.1mn soles (US$23.3mn) for 2003, down 4.7 per cent from 85.3mn soles in 2002, according to a company results statement, due to a slowdown in public sector infrastructure investment during the final quarter, Class & Asociados analyst Mariena Pizarro told BNamericas. Vladivostok: Spassktsement increased product output 23 per cent last year to 585,000t, report sources at Vostoktsement, of which Spassktsement is part.  Spassktsement, located in the Primorye territory, prepared 632,200t of clinkers last year, seven per cement more.  The company is a major Far Eastern producer of both packaged and unpackaged Portland cement. It plans to ship 729,800y of product this year.
