Senegalese cement output up 10%

Cement production in Senegal jumped 10.3 per cent in March when compared with March 2016, according to the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Planning. Total output reached 609,800t in March, up from 552,700t in the equivalent period of the previous year. MoM the increase was 6.9 per cent from 570,300t in February 2017.

NLMK Group to supply raw materials to Eurocement

Cement demand in Spain fell 2.3 per cent YoY to 917,152t in April, according to data by Oficemen, the country’s cement association.
