VCM gets grinding project green light, Vietnam25 August 2015, Published under Cement NewsVietnam’s central province of Binh Dinh has granted approval to the Vietnam Construction Material Company (VCM) to establish a new grinding plant in the region. VCM can survey areas at industrial parks in the province for the 1Mta grinding plant, the Ministry of Construction said on its website on 21 August.
