Mexico bans Mary Nour import from Russia?

Unconfirmed reports on November 25, 2004 suggest that Mexican customs authorities have banned Mexican cement importer Comercio para el Desarrollo Mexicano (CDM), to import cement from Russia.  CDM is a joint venture of Jordan-based CTI Group, Spain-based Tradeland Commodities and Mexican businessmen. Swiss Watchdog probes possible price fixing

The Swiss Competition Commission said Tuesday it has opened an investigation into possible cement and concrete price-fixing in  connection with an Alptransit tunnel project in Switzerland.  The commission said it is investigating whether producers fixed the price when bids for the project were submitted.
